Cumin seeds <br />3 tbsp. Ghee <br />½ tsp. Salt <br /> <br />For the filling:- <br />1 tbsp. Oil <br />¼ tsp. Asafoetida <br />1 tsp. Fennel seeds <br />2 tsp. Green chilli-ginger crush (2 green chillies and 1-inch piece of ginger) <br />1 tsp. Dried pomegranate seeds, powdered <br />1 tsp. Coriander powder <br />½ tsp. Cumin seed powder <br />1 tsp. Dry mango powder <br />1 tsp. Garam Masala <br />½ tsp. Chaat Masala <br />1 tsp. Salt <br />6-7 Potatoes, boiled and crushed <br />½ cup Green peas, boiled <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- In a bowl mix refined flour, cumin seeds, ghee and salt together to form consistency as shown in the video. <br />- Now add water little by little and knead a dough. Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes. <br />- In a pan heat oil and add asafoetida and fennel seeds. Once the fennel seeds crackle, add green chilli-ginger crush, dried pomegranate seeds, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, salt, potatoes, green peas and mix well. <br />- Transfer the filling to a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature. <br />- Make samosas of the dough as shown in the video and keep aside for 30 minutes. <br />- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the samosas in it on a low flame for 15-20 minutes and until golden brown in colour. <br /> <br />Samosa is ready to eat! <br />HAPPY COOKING!!!
